6 Reasons Why Diets Fail

On January 4th, we hosted a free nutrition seminar at Milesfit. It was a huge success. More than 100 people showed up and from the feedback we got, they loved it! We couldn’t be happier with how it turned.

90% of people on diets fail, and 90% of people who set New Year’s Resolutions fail by the half way point of the month. Why? In this video, Miles summarizes the 6 reasons why we fail at keeping a diet.

Tune in this 2020 because we’re going to be hosting more free workshops, as well as paid seminars where either Miles, a trainer from our team, or an expert in the fitness / health / well-being field will come in. We’ll also be hosting half day or even full day workshops for those who want to study a subject in more depth.
